The bodies of the Union are : Congress; Main Board; Statutory Board ; Supervisory Board .

Congress is the highest organ of union

Congress of the Union: adopt a working program, the Statute (the proposal of a statutory board) and other documents, determines the general directions of trade union strategies and policies, establishes a platform for collective bargaining and conclusion of collective agreements; certify election of members of the Chief, the statutory and the Supervisory Board and the delegates of the Congress of UGS ''independence''; appointed by working, professional and advisory body of Congress, evaluates the arbitration procedures within the Union and resolves appeals and complaints addressed to Congress, adopted the reports on the work of the Chief, Statutory and supervisory board and gives razrešnicu members of these bodies; determined based on the financial policy of the Union, brings its own work, decide on other issues of importance for the Union

Main Congress

Main Committee is the highest organ of the Union between the two Congress. Members of the Central Committee elected at the union meetings (coordination) of the region with the participation of trade union bodies and respect the principles of the number of membership, regularity of payment dues, regional representation and the rule of representativeness of trade unions in the company. Main Board: prepare and convene the Congress of the Union, submitted to Congress a report on its work; issue, the proposed statutory board, the individual amendments to the Statute, subject to subsequent verification of the Congress; the constitutive session of the elected President, 2 Vice-President (by category), the Secretary of the Presidency and accept the Workers' collective bargaining agreement and provides authorization for his signature, decide on financial issues - issues an annual financial plan and approves periodic reports; elect and recall its working bodies and determines the organization work, decisions on the creation of various forms of cooperation and alliances with other union representatives appointed by trade unions in the UGS "Independence" and all other institutions and organizations outside the Union makes a decision on a general strike in the field of activity; to encourage activity and expression of specific interests of members, shall decide on the formation of the Section and the Section of young women and other forms of action, the proposal of the Presidency shall appoint the regional branch coordinators adopted the act on internal organization and professional services in the union passed on the first regular session of its Rules of Procedure and performs other duties in accordance with the Statute The main board consists of 33 members verified the Congress and the President of the Section of Youth and president of the Section of women, which makes a total of 35 members from trade unions in companies that regularly pay the membership fee, usually come from the union representative in the company and with respect for the principle of regional representation, the number of membership and regular payment of dues. The term of office of members of the Main Committee shall be four years

Statutory Board

Statutory Board of the Union has 5 members, which verifies the Congress of the Union proposal on the Main Board. Statutory Committee monitors implementation of this Statute, the Statute gives the interpretation between the Congress, gives suggestions for its amendment, decides on the statutory disputes, and at the request of bodies and membership gives opinion in writing on individual statutory disputes. Statutory Committee may, if necessary, seek legal assistance or advice from professional people from UGS''independence''or outside the Union. Professional Service Trade Union, administrative and technical affairs for the Statutory Committee provides service unions. Statutory Committee meets at least four times a year. President of the statutory boards involved in the work of all organs of the Union, without the right to vote. Statutory Committee shall submit to Congress a report on its work for consideration and adoption. Article statutory board can be elected a member of the other organs of the Union. The mandate of the statutory board members is four years. Statutory Committee shall determine its own work.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board consists of 5 members of the Union, which verifies the Trade Union Congress of the proposed Main Board. The Supervisory Board supervises the use of all the assets and financial assets of the Union. Members of the Supervisory Board have the right and obligation to the decision of the Board or other bodies of the Union individually supervise the financial operations of trade unions in enterprises and organs of the Union. The Supervisory Board may appoint a financial inspectors, who have the authority to supervise the financial operations of the union. Chairman of the Supervisory Board participate in the work of all organs of the Union, without the right to vote. Professional Service Trade Union, administrative and technical tasks for the Steering Committee provides service unions. The Supervisory Board shall submit to Congress a report on its work for consideration and adoption. Member of the Supervisory Board can not be elected a member of the other organs of the Union. The mandate of the Supervisory Board lasts four years. The Supervisory Board meets at least four times a year. The Supervisory Board shall determine its own work.
